CANCELLATION POLICY
We charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations before 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Any service cancelled before 48 hours will be charged half of the service even if exchanging the service if it’s lower or not equal valued. We don’t allow kids that aren’t receiving services in the building for insurance purposes. No extra guest. Deposits non refundable
